So here it is: My most top 7 moment in a VG game (may content spoilers or awesome.. or both)
Number 7: Aeris' death (Final Fantasy 7)
I start with somewhat a classic. FF7 was my first major experience of the FF series with Cronos Cross/Trigger. Aeris' death was the first moment in my young gaming life, thatgave me a real emotion and made be cared about my characters.
Number 6: Mario Kart 64 (playing with friends)
Call me silly, but I spent way too much time on this time-consuming game... T'was the first game I played with friends' And Hell I loved it.. even tough I had an affliction with the 64's controllers (I still hate them)
Number 5: Super Smash Brother Melee (multiplayer games)
If there is a genre of game a hate: it's fighting. For some reason I suck..hard.. at games like Soul Calibur or Mortal Combat. But with SSBM, I found one character: Fox, witch pretty much match my gameing style. From there, I enjoyed the game and betting Jo's ass (not true)
Number 4: the discovery of PC gaming (warcraft II: battle.net edition)
I had a SNES and a PS1 for a good number of years when we had our first computer. At first, I didn't give a damn about that huger box that I didn't quite understand what it could do. When I good friend of mine showed me WC2, I became a PC gamers. WC2 had everything I loved... Fantasy, a nice story, strategy and cake (ok no cake)and the online aspect hooked me up goooood. From that day, I are a PCc gamer, and I are damn proud of it.
Number 3: Holy crap, I can dlo everything (The Elder scrolls 3: Morrowind and expansions)
I must blame Jo for this one. He showed me that great game and I tried it out. And boy do I must thank Jo... Morrowind blow my mind. The idea of building your character the way you want with the skills you want and do whatever the hell you want was pretty confusing for me ast first beceause, before Morrowind I only played linear RPGs. Morrowind taught me to spend 150 hours + to end a game.
Number 2: The day I lost my social life (World of Warcraft)
Anyhow who slightly know me, knows how I love Blizzard Entertainement, Warcraft and, of course, WoW... When I saw the trailer where the last line was: Stake your claim, life the legend, enter the world.. The World of Warcraft, I knew I had to get that game. I ask mah mother for the subcription and she agreed, i was so hipped. The game was realese Novembre 21st 2004. I had the game by November 26th. I remembered putting the 4 discs for the installation, wiitch took an hour.. And then the opening cinematic... Oh god... I never was so blown away... My first char was a Dawrf hunter, I think. Since then, I never stopped WoW, and I don't plan to stop anytime soon.
Number 1: betting the crap out of Xav and JO (Halo 2 and 3)
I'm a snipping whore, there I said it. I've always been in love with archers and range thingy. Combine that with 2 close-range maniacs (Jo the ghost (cheater) and Xav the Rocket Laucher and the shotgun) I knew the games were going to be fun.. We spent hours betting each other up soo bad, and boy it was fun.
